How To Measure
Chest
With arms relaxed at the sides, measure around the fullest area of chest.
Waist
Measure around the natural waistline at the narrowest part of the waist. Height
Stand straight against a wall without shoes, with your heels together and back aligned. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.
