You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return any unwanted items.

You will receive a return form with your items. Please complete the return form describing the reason for your return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. Please note, we do not offer free returns. It is your responsibility to arrange a return to us, we recommend using a secure tracked service.

Exchanges are subject to availability. We will happily exchange your item if it is in stock, but if the item which you require an exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you offering a refund or an alternative. Exchanges are shipped free of charge so you will not need to pay for delivery twice.

Yes, you can return any item providing that it is in its original condition and with the labels still attached.

Yes, however we are only able to refund to the original payment method.

Please send an email with a photo of the damage to customerservice@angels-face.co.uk as soon as possible.

Once a return package is received, it may take 2-5 business days to process. Once the return has been approved, the exchange/ refund will be processed. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your account.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Your credit or debit card will be charged as soon as you place your Angel’s Face order.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders placed before 1pm are shipped on the same day. However, during busier periods, it may take 1 - 3 business days to fully process and ship your order.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note however, that some countries may charge Duties and Taxes which would be collected upon delivery. It is the recipient’s responsibility to determine if these fees apply and to pay them.

In order to provide affordable shipping rates, we use a variety of reliable carriers depending on the destination. The shipping companies which we work with include: Royal Mail, DPD, TNT and FedEx.

Delivery times are normally 1-3 days for UK orders, depending on what delivery service you choose. For international orders, it can be 7-14 working days depending on carrier and destination. Please note that international orders may experience delays due to local customs clearance procedures which we are unable to control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Additionally, you can see the status of your order by logging in to your account.

We will do our best to help and amend your order for you. However, this is only possible if your order has not been processed yet. We recommend you contact us immediately if you wish to make changes to your order.

Generally, our products are true to size.

You can view size information by clicking on 'Size Guide' on the product page that you are interested in.

You can find washing and care instructions on the labels sewn in the garment. Some of our styles are delicate, so please follow the washing instructions carefully to avoid damage.

If you have created an account, you can check the order status by logging into your account area. Alternatively, you will be notified on your order progress via email.

All our tutus come in beautiful Angel’s Face branded hat boxes as standard. Gift boxes for all other skirts and products can added at the cart page.

Yes, we offer eGift Cards which you can purchase here. Gift Cards are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Gift Card code. 

Discounts can only be added pre-purchase and cannot be added after an order is placed.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Yes, you can!

Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.
