Yes, all orders have a 14-day return period from receiving your items. All returns must be registered through our returns portal to ensure that the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible. Visit our returns policy page for more info. Please note, we will not be accepting hair accessories or socks as these items are non-returnable.
No, our new season items will not be on sale during Black Friday.
We understand that you might have a few extra questions, or experience an issue during the Black Friday sale which will result in you emailing our customer experience team. When doing so, please ensure that you include as much information about your query in your first message so that our agents can help resolve any questions you may have, as quickly as possible. All usual shipping methods will be available at checkout, however we cannot guarantee that express shipping will be as fast as normal, with increased volumes within the network over the BFCM period. Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 additional business for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout), before reaching out to our Customer Support Team. Tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.
You will have a 15 minute window after purchase to amended your delivery address or cancel your order. This can be found on the post-purchase page and your order confirmation email. Anything outside of this or once this window is closed, you will not be able to amend your order. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products.

Exchanges are subject to availability. We will happily exchange your item if it is in stock, but if the item which you require an exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you offering a refund or an alternative. Exchanges are shipped free of charge so you will not need to pay for delivery twice.
Yes, you can return any item providing that it is in its original condition and with the labels still attached.

Once a return package is received, it may take 2-5 business days to process. Once the return has been approved, the exchange/ refund will be processed. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your account.

In order to provide affordable shipping rates, we use a variety of reliable carriers depending on the destination. The shipping companies which we work with include: Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and Local couriers.
Delivery times are normally 1-3 days for UK orders, depending on what delivery service you choose. For international orders, it can be 2-14 working days depending on carrier and destination. Please note that international orders may experience delays due to local customs clearance procedures which we are unable to control.

Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.
