You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return any unwanted items.

Please complete your return in our return portal describing the reason for your return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. Please note, we do not offer free returns.

Exchanges are subject to availability. We will happily exchange your item if it is in stock, but if the item which you require an exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you offering a refund or an alternative. Exchanges are shipped free of charge so you will not need to pay for delivery twice.

Yes, you can return any item providing that it is in its original condition and with the labels still attached.

Yes, however we are only able to refund to the original payment method.

Once a return package is received, it may take 2-5 business days to process. Once the return has been approved, the exchange/ refund will be processed. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your account.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders placed before 1pm are shipped on the same day. However, during busier periods, it may take 1 - 3 business days to fully process and ship your order.

In order to provide affordable shipping rates, we use a variety of reliable carriers depending on the destination. The shipping companies which we work with include: Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and Local couriers.

Delivery times are normally 1-3 days for UK orders, depending on what delivery service you choose. For international orders, it can be 7-14 working days depending on carrier and destination. Please note that international orders may experience delays due to local customs clearance procedures which we are unable to control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Additionally, you can see the status of your order by logging in to your account.

We will do our best to help and amend your order for you. However, this is only possible if your order has not been processed yet. We recommend you contact us immediately if you wish to make changes to your order.

Generally, our products are true to size.

You can find washing and care instructions on the labels sewn in the garment. Some of our styles are delicate, so please follow the washing instructions carefully to avoid damage.

Yes, we offer eGift Cards which you can purchase here. Gift Cards are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Gift Card code. 

Discounts can only be added pre-purchase and cannot be added after an order is placed.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

Because you earn points with Pounds spent, you will also lose points for every Pound refunded.

If you return for a gift card or an exchange, you will keep the points earned! However, you will not receive new points when your gift card or exchange is issued or redeemed.

If you’ve made a recent purchase and used another email address, you will earn points for that email address only. Unfortunately, points cannot be transferred from one email to another.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to change the email address associated with your rewards account.

You can only earn points on purchases made with a debit card or credit card. Gift card purchases will not earn points toward your account. If you use both a gift card and a debit/credit card on an order you will only earn points on the amount paid by the debit/credit card.

You can track your points by logging into your Angel's Face account and navigating to your dashboard. Your points should automatically post to your account within minutes of placing your order!

Your Rewards points start to accrue against your email once you make your first order so if you join the program with the same email your points history will be there.

Yes, your points will expire after 1 year of inactivity, but you will receive a reminder before they do.
