Faulty Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or arrived damaged, please contact customerservice@angels-face.co.uk and our team will be happy to help.
Return Timeframes
Full-price items may be returned within 21 days of delivery.
Sale items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all garment tags attached.
When trying on shoes, please ensure they are only worn indoors and on a carpeted surface until you are certain you wish to keep them.
Returns that show signs of wear, use or damage, or are returned without their original tags, may not be eligible for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, hair accessories, jewellery, tights and socks are non-returnable and considered final sale.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please register and return each order separately. Combining multiple orders into one parcel may cause delays.
Exchanges (UK Only)
We are pleased to offer exchanges on UK orders. Once your return has been received and approved, your exchange will be dispatched free of charge to your original delivery address, subject to availability.
If your requested item is no longer available, our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss the available options, including an alternative item, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that exchanged items are eligible for a credit note should you wish to return them.
UK Delivery
Enjoy complimentary UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £100.
Orders under £100 are charged at £4.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days from dispatch. During busy periods, including promotional events such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.
UK Next Business Day Delivery
Next Business Day Delivery is available to eligible UK mainland addresses for £6.50.
To qualify, orders must be placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure prompt delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that someone may be required to accept delivery of your parcel.
Next Business Day Delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Unfortunately, Next Business Day Delivery is not available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Sheppey, Northern Ireland, or certain areas of the Scottish Highlands. For these locations, please allow additional time for delivery.
Once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and delivery has been confirmed by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location is available.
International Delivery
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing or local carrier delays.
USA Shipping
Orders up to $300 are charged from $15 for shipping.
Orders over $300 qualify for complimentary shipping.
All duties are included in our prices for US customers. Please note that local sales tax may apply depending on your state.
While uncommon, customs processing may occasionally result in additional delivery time beyond the estimated delivery window.
