Refund policy


We hope you love your Angel's Face purchase. If for any reason it isn't quite right, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit through our Returns Portal.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Timeframes


  • Full-price items may be returned within 21 days of delivery.
  • Sale items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or arrived damaged, please contact customerservice@angels-face.co.uk and our team will be happy to help.

 

Return Conditions


Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all garment tags attached.

When trying on shoes, please ensure they are only worn indoors and on a carpeted surface until you are certain you wish to keep them.

Returns that show signs of wear, use, washing or damage, or are returned without their original tags, may not be eligible for a refund.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please register and return each order separately. Combining multiple orders into one parcel may cause delays.

 

Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and considered final sale:

-Hair accessories

-Jewellery

-Tights

-Socks

Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges


We are pleased to offer exchanges on UK orders, subject to availability.

Once your return has been received and approved, your exchange will be dispatched free of charge to your original delivery address.

If your requested item is no longer available, our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss the available options, including an alternative item, store credit, or a refund.

Please note that international exchanges are not currently available.

 

Refunds


Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7–10 working days for your return to be processed.

When your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used when placing your order.

After receiving your confirmation email, please allow a further 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times are determined by your bank, card issuer or payment provider and are unfortunately outside of our control.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. If this is not possible, our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss an alternative solution.
