Refund policy
If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer a full refund. We have a 21-day return policy (14 days for sale items). Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 21 days of receipt. Please note that all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns should be booked in via our Online Returns Portal.

If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact customerservice@angels-face.co.uk
All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 21 days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. Angel's Face will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Please Note: All hair accessories, jewellery, tights and socks are final sale for hygiene reasons.
*both the packaging and the goods themselves must remain intact, unworn and unwashed. We cannot refund or exchange items where tickets or tags have been removed. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, hair accessories, Jewellery, tights and socks. These items are all final sale for hygiene reasons.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. We will happily exchange your item if it is in stock, but if the item which you require an exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a refund or an alternative. Exchanges are shipped free of charge so you will not need to pay for delivery twice.

Refunds
Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or an exchange. Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by Paypal, your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card or payment method with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
