With arms relaxed at the sides, measure around the fullest area of chest.
Waist
Measure around the natural waistline at the narrowest part of the waist. Height
Stand straight against a wall without shoes, with your heels together and back aligned. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.

Made from the softest velour, our pretty black Adalene tracksuit top is made to be worn with our coordinating Adalene joggers. Features a jacquard panel with a frill outline. On the front is a three-quarter-length gold zip with a heart puller, the top can be worn with a high neck or simply left unzipped.
