Returns Policy

• If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer a full refund. Please note that all returns costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns should be booked in via our Online Returns Portal.

•  If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact customerservice@angels-face.co.uk

• All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 21 days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. Angel's Face will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.

Please Note: All hair accessories, Jewellery, tights and socks are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges 

Exchanges will be processed as they are received and will be sent out to the original delivery address free of charge. Exchanges depend on current stock levels. If we are unable to offer an exchange we will contact you to offer an alternative or process a refund for you via the original payment method.

Delivery

 

Free UK Standard Delivery - Orders Over £100

Orders totalling £100 or more will be sent free of charge. We aim to pick and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, deliveries are sent via Royal Mail on a tracked, 48 hour service. Orders may take a few extra days to be processed during sale events such as Black Friday or Boxing Day.

Standard UK Delivery - Orders Under £100

Standard UK Delivery is charged at £4.50 for orders under £99.99 (not incl. shipping).

UK Next Business Day Service

A Next Business Day service (Monday to Friday only) is available to UK mainland* addresses for £6.50. Next Business Day orders must be received by 2:30pm and will be delivered the next working day. Next Business Day orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday (except for Bank Holiday Mondays) and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note, Next Business Day delivery service requires someone to be present in order to sign for your parcel.

(NB. Next Business Day service does not deliver on Saturdays or Bank Holidays)

*Unfortunately, we cannot offer Next Business Day or Saturday delivery options to customers living in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isle of Sheppey, Northern Ireland, or the Scottish Highlands. Please therefore allow at least 2 days for your parcels to arrive.

International Costs and Delivery

Shipping times are dependent on location and will be calculated at checkout. For delivery times, a tracking reference will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

USA Shipping

We offer the following Shipping rates to the USA: 

• 0 - $250 from $14

• $250 & over is Free

**We cannot guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed with your local Customs Office. Please also note that the recipient is solely responsible for payment of any tax, customs/brokerage fees or import duties, if any.
