Payment & Shipping

  • 1. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Alipay.

  • 2. When will I be charged?

    Your credit or debit card will be charged as soon as you place your Angel’s Face order.

  • 3. How long will it take for you to ship my order?

    We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders placed before 1pm are shipped on the same day. However, during busier periods, it may take 1 - 3 business days to fully process and ship your order.

  • 4. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note however, that some countries may charge Duties and Taxes which would be collected upon delivery. It is the recipient’s responsibility to determine if these fees apply and to pay them.

  • 5. What shipping company/carrier do you use?

    In order to provide affordable shipping rates, we use a variety of reliable carriers depending on the destination. The shipping companies which we work with include: Royal Mail, DPD, TNT and FedEx.

  • 6. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery times are normally 1-10 working days depending on carrier and destination.

  • 7. How do I know if my order has been shipped?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Additionally you can see the status of your order by logging in to your account.

  • 8. Can I make changes to my address or order after I've placed my order?

    We will do our best to help and amend your order for you. However, this is only possible if your order has not been processed yet. We recommend you contact us immediately if you wish to make changes to your order.

  • 2. How many days do I have to send a return?

    You have 30 days from the date your item shipped to return the item.

  • 3. How do I return an item?

    You will receive a return form with your items. Please complete the return form describing the reason for your return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. Please note, we do not offer free returns. It is your responsibility to arrange a return to us, we recommend using a secure tracked service.

  • 4. Can I exchange an item?

    Exchanges are subject to availability. We will happily exchange your item if it is in stock, but if the item which you require an exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you offering a refund or an alternative. Exchanges are shipped free of charge so you will not need to pay for delivery twice.

  • 5. Can I return an item which I purchased in the sale?

    Yes, you can return any item providing that it is in its original condition and with the labels still attached.

  • 6. I have received an incorrect or damaged item, what should I do?

    Please send an email with a photo of the damage to as soon as possible.

  • 7. I returned an item. When will I receive my exchange or refund?

    Once a return package is received, it may take 2-5 business days to process. Once the return has been approved, the exchange/ refund will be processed. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your account.

    All our tutus come in beautiful Angel’s Face branded hat boxes as standard. Gift boxes for all other skirts and products can be purchased separately here.


  • 1. What is Fan Friday and how can I get featured?

    Each Friday, we share images of our beautiful fans wearing our products via newsletter and social media. If you have pictures that you’d like us to see and share, please email them to or upload them directly to your Instagram and tag us via @angelsfaceofficial and #angelsface.

  • 2. I am an influencer and would like to collaborate, what do I do?
